2. Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Damage from harsh chemicals or cleaning agents
  • Normal wear and tear, scaling, or salt/chlorine deposits
  • Products installed by unqualified technicians
  • Electrical components affected by power fluctuations

3. Warranty Conditions

  • Valid proof of purchase is mandatory.
  • The product must be installed as per standard plumbing guidelines.
  • Service inspection may be required before approval.

Refunds are not provided under warranty.
