1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- All prepaid orders enter immediate processing and packaging, so cancellations or modifications are not possible after confirmation.
Exceptional Cases
In rare cases such as duplicate orders or technical payment errors, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Our support team will review the issue and assist accordingly.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product
- Defective or non-functional product
Return Requirements
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

- Minor color or finish variations due to photography/light
- Change of mind
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
- Clearance, discounted, or customized items
3. Refund Policy
Mayur Ocich does not offer monetary refunds due to the premium manufacturing and dispatch process of our products.
For Eligible Return Cases, We Offer:
- Replacement of the product, OR
- Store credit that can be used for future purchases
Refunds will not be issued to the original mode of payment.
