Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receipt of confirmed payment, unless otherwise specified.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes, dispatch may be delayed. Customers will be informed accordingly.

Shipping Locations

  • MAYUR ÖCICH currently ships within India only.
  • Deliveries are made to addresses serviceable by our logistics partners.
  • Shipping to remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any additional costs arising due to special delivery requirements, remote locations, or re-delivery requests shall be borne by the customer.

Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, logistics disruptions, or governmental restrictions.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, shipment details and tracking information (if available) will be shared via email or SMS.
  • Customers are advised to track their shipment and ensure availability at the delivery address.

Delivery Conditions

  • Products will be delivered to the address provided at the time of placing the order.
  • Customers or their authorized representatives must inspect the package at the time of delivery.
  • Any visible damage to the outer packaging should be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and to MAYUR ÖCICH customer support.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • MAYUR ÖCICH is not responsible for damage occurring during transit once the product is handed over to the logistics partner.
  • Any transit-related damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
  • Damage to the product caused during transportation or shifting after delivery is not covered under warranty.

Installation & Handling

  • Delivery of the product does not include installation, demonstration, or fitting unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Customers are advised to retain original packaging until installation is completed and the product is confirmed to be in proper working condition.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • MAYUR ÖCICH shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failure due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Re-delivery attempts, if any, may attract additional charges.

Force Majeure

MAYUR ÖCICH shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, riots, governmental actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
